We offer 4 unique rooms at our guesthouse in Bangkok. All rooms are carefully decorated and feature amenities such as a microwave, refrigerator, water boiler, AC, TV, wi-fi, and safety deposit box. As our guest, we offer one kilo of laundry/week per person. Housekeeping is also included.

We do not rent out for less than two weeks. Most guests who stay with us do so for a longer period. Unlike many other landlords, we do not require a contract or advance rent for several months. If you decide to move on after a month, you can do so.

A deposit of 5000 baht is charged to all guests upon check-in. The rent depends on the room size, ranging from 15000 – 21000 baht per month, and includes electricity, water, WI-FI, cleaning, and one kilo of laundry per week.

In cooperation with Hotel Ambassador, located 150 meters from us, you as a guest can take advantage of a very good offer. For 200 baht/day or 2500 baht/month, you get access to their large pool and training facility.
